From Kalmar to the World Stage The journey began in Kalmar, Sweden, where Emil Isaksson discovered his passion for throwing 1996. After starting with Ultimate Frisbee in 1997, he transitioned to Disc Golf in 2000—a move that would lead to a highly successful international career. With 5 European Tour victories as his top honors, Emil has competed at the highest level in 13 countries, from the forests of Scandinavia to the stages of the USA and Australia.

A Legacy of Fitness and Education Emil’s drive as an entrepreneur took flight in 2008 when he founded his first business as a Personal Trainer, specializing in fitness tailored for disc golf performance. His deep understanding of the sport’s mechanics and physical demands led him to become an official educator for the Swedish Disc Golf Federation in 2018—a role he continues to hold today.

Our Vision for Disc Culture Kastkultur is a Swedish lifestyle brand founded on decades of elite experience. We create minimalist designs and high-quality merch that celebrate the art of the throw. As we look toward 2026, we are entering an exciting new chapter, launching creative collaborations with established brands, professional players, and clubs to push the boundaries of disc golf aesthetics.
