Overview
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, physical items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Custom print-on-demand items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, posters, phone cases, mugs, mouse pads, etc.) unless defective or damaged

Digital downloads (printable posters, worksheets, templates, etc.)

Gift cards
Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color preference.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your print-on-demand item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving it at info@kastkultur.com. Include:

Photo of the damaged item
We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect a defective or damaged item, we will email you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@kastkultur.com.
Digital Products
All digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased, as they are delivered instantly. Ensure you check file formats and product descriptions before purchase.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Promotions & Discounts
Any discounts, promo codes, or special offers are subject to the terms specified at the time of the promotion. Offers may have an expiration date, limited stock, or other conditions. Kastkultur™ reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.
Export & Shipping
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to production locations or local regulations. Shipping is currently available only to the countries specified on the product page. Kastkultur™ is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions in the destination country. Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws.Shipping Returns
