Shipping & Delivery

At Kastkultur, we want to make sure your gear reaches you as smoothly as possible. To keep things simple and transparent, we use flat-rate shipping based on your location.

Shipping Rates

The prices below are listed in SEK (including VAT). If you are browsing the store in EUR, the shipping cost will be automatically converted to your local currency at checkout based on the current exchange rate.

Production & Delivery Times

Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand model through our partner network (Gelato, Printful, and Printify), your items are created specifically for you when you place an order.

• Production: Usually takes 2–5 business days.

• Shipping: Once produced, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.

Important Information

• Multiple Shipments: Since we work with several production hubs to ensure the best quality, your order may be split into multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive a tracking link for each shipment at no extra cost.

• Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

• Customs & Duties: For customers outside the EU (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia), please note that local import duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Quality Guarantee

Because every product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item is damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us at support@kastkultur.com within 14 days with a photo, and we will send you a replacement immediately.
