A Decade of Passion, Community & Growth
Celebrating 10 years in the sport in 2026, Thérèse Thulin is much more than just a competitive player. Based in Borås, Sweden, Thérèse has dedicated a decade to not only honing her own skills but also to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for women in disc golf.
On the Course
Thérèse began her journey in disc golf in 2016 and has since competed in over 50 career events, securing 5 wins and numerous podium finishes. Her competitive spirit is matched by her commitment to personal development, viewing every round as an opportunity for mental and physical growth.
Building the Community
Thérèse is a true pioneer for women’s disc golf in Sweden. Since 2018, she has been the driving force and Tournament Director for Ladies Pink Disc Sweden (formerly Ladies Disc Sweden), one of the country’s premier competitions for female players. Her work is centered on the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to compete on terms that suit them, creating better conditions both on and off the course.
A Natural Leader
Her passion for leadership extends beyond the fairways. Professionally, Thérèse has a solid background in the culinary world, previously serving as a kitchen and restaurant manager. In August 2025, she transitioned into a new role as a Coordinator and Café/Entrance Host, where she continues to apply her organizational expertise within the hospitality industry. In her community, she serves as a board member for the Swedish Disc Golf Association (SDGF) and a coach for youth soccer, proving that her heart for sports and leadership truly knows no bounds.
